SYNOPSIS
How can one access a position of responsibility when coming from a sensitive neighborhood? Twelve years ago, Saïd Hammouche, along with some university friends, created Mozaïk RH, an associative recruitment agency aimed at supporting young graduates with a Bac+5/6 from underprivileged neighborhoods, who are often discriminated against in the job market.
Over several months, amidst lockdowns and curfews, we filmed Lu, Mouaad, Anas, and Laura in the workshops where they learn to build confidence, and in coaching sessions where they prepare for interviews. We accompanied them and witnessed their struggles, doubts, and occasional discouragement, but also their dreams and hopes.
