SYNOPSIS
They are factory workers, nursing assistants, security agents, nurses. They head to work at the time when others are returning home.
By filming 24 hours of their lives, from their professional environment to their home, this documentary reveals their daily routines, captures their perspectives on the impact of this work schedule on their lives, and questions the choice of working at night to highlight the persistence of social inequalities between women and men.
