Synopsis
What do we know about the daily reality of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) which represent 98% of French companies and employ nearly half the working population of France?
Who are the men and women who manage these companies, the "small bosses" about whom the public harbour many misconceptions?
Five company owners have agreed to share with us their vision of the world of work and to tell us what life is like in SMEs in the different regions of France.
