Written and directed by Cécile Favier
In the fight against addiction to hard drugs, the repressive whole has continued to maintain marginalities in the margins to the detriment of health and public safety but also of human dignity.
After 30 years of debate between public authorities and activist associations, the first two French reception centers authorizing the injection of hard drugs opened in Paris and Strasbourg in the fall of 2016: the lower-risk consumption rooms, sadly tricked out called “shooting rooms.”
Reducing the risk is an immersive look into the Argos room in Strasbourg.
