SYNOPSIS
How do you get into a position of responsibility when you come from a disadvantaged neighbourhood? Twelve years ago, Saïd Hammouche and a group of college friends set up Mozaïk RH, a non-profit recruitment agency, to help young graduates with a Bac +5/6 diploma from working-class districts, who are often discriminated against on the job market.
For several months, between reconfinements and curfews, we filmed Lu, Mouaad, Anas and Laura, in the workshops where they learn to have self-confidence, in the coaching sessions where they prepare for interviews.
We accompanied them and experienced their struggles, their doubts, their discouragement at times, but also their dreams and hopes.
